Kinguin is looking for a passionate Traffic Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow within the departments and reporting any potential situations that may influence the flow of the projects.

Duties
  • Directing the workflow within the internal teams by strategically scheduling, assigning, and managing tasks;

  • Ensuring that all pertinent information related to each project has been included or retrieved from the issuer and briefs are completed;

  • Translating the workflow into analysis and timing blueprint to compare it with the current status and team members’ bandwidth. Implement the necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time;

  • Working with stakeholders and heads of the departments to plan ahead for upcoming project initiatives;

  • Distributing assignments to the creative team and, if needed, to other departments;

  • Meeting with clients to learn new project details and provide updates on existing projects, communicating any challenges or issues that may arise;

  • Maintaining and organizing job files, monitoring and documenting the workflow, creating reports to highlight where the resources are spent;

  • Attending projects’ kick-offs, internal reviews, and brainstorm sessions if necessary;

  • Ensures that all the work from other departments flows efficiently to the creative department;

  • Manages unrealistic project submissions and deadlines by communicating appropriate solutions to the appropriate parties;

  • Implementing traffic processes and reporting functions for optimal workflow;

  • Work and communicate with freelancers and contractors if needed and ensure they have the resources needed for their jobs.

 

Required skills
  • 5+ years of professional experience in an advertising agency with traffic management;

  • Full proficiency in English;

  • Proven organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple cross-departmental teams both in-person and by utilizing multiple project management tools;

  • A high level of accountability, accuracy, and versatility;

  • Strong negotiator;

  • Ability to translate technical needs/requests to a non-technical audience.
