Kinguin is looking for a Social Media Manager to help create, improve and manage Kinguin’s social media presence. 

Founded in 2013, Kinguin has fast become one of the largest alternative marketplaces to Steam, Origin and, with more than 9 millions loyal customers globally. The platform offers digital products, from video games to computer software and services. Kinguin is also one of the first large-scale supporters of the esports industry as a sponsor of tournaments, events and organizations. 


Kinguin’s mission is to create an ecosystem built around the Player. To achieve this, Kinguin provides easy and secure access to games, innovative ways for Players to trade and conduct commerce, new ways for developers to reach Players directly. We do this all with the best customer support in the industry, and we have the awards to prove it.

  • Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

  • Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) to build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action;

  • Setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content;

  • Moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community;

  • Creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules;

  • Continuously improving by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information;

  • Collaborating with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Required skills
  • Professional experience as a Social Media Manager or in a comparable role;

  • Passion for and understanding of the gaming and esports industry;

  • Very high proficiency in English;

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure;

  • Proactive approach to entrusted duties;

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
