We are currently interviewing for a self-reliant Senior Payroll Specialist in Poznań or Warsaw. 


Join our team and make a difference with us in how gamers play!

  • Administering personnel hiring (including foreigners), employment continuity and terminations for employees and contractors;

  • Creating and maintaining employees and contractors personnel files;

  • Preparing legally required and/or requested documents related to the employment relationship or civil cooperations (in close cooperation with our in-house lawyers);

  • Preparing payroll for employees and contractors;

  • Administrating of employee benefits and contacting benefits' vendors;

  • Collecting, analysing data and preparing detailed HR reports;

  • Ensuring day-to-day HR administrative support to managers, employees and contractors;

  • Acting as a point of contact for labour and payroll matters, answering ongoing queries.

Required skills
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position;

  • University degree (Economy, Accounting, Finance, HR);

  • Expertise in Polish labour law is a must!

  • Experience in a shared service model will be a great asset;

  • Mastery over the English language;  

  • Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word);

  • Experience with HR applications e.g. Optima; 

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details;

  • Strong communication skills.
