Duties
  • Take ownership over the recruitment processes you’re responsible for, from sourcing to onboarding

  • Provide business and people advice to managers you’re closely cooperating with, and support them in people operations

  • Help us shape and adjust the HR strategy in line with business objectives and our core values: rewarding, creative, fun

  • Design, plan and implement HR processes: talent management, succession plan, performance review, integration, people experience employee engagement

  • Update, review and create company’s policies

Required skills
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience in a professional services environment (including HR Generalist role or similar)

  • Experience with multinational, dispersed companies, as well as a proven record of working with senior management will be an advantage

  • Good knowledge of English (at least B2) and Polish languages is a must

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and teambuilding skills

  • Ability to effectively plan and demonstrate organizational skills

  • Attention to detail, time management and prioritization

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Ability to thrive on change and working independently
