We are currently looking for a PPC Specialist in Warsaw/Poznań.

  • Design, build, and execute on digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads Campaign, Facebook Ads Campaign),

  • Marketing campaign analysis, interpretation and recommendations, 

  • Conducting keyword research, optimizing the bids, 

  • Growth point determination, campaign optimization according to KPI on ROI, revenue and AOV,

  • Keeping up to date with best PPC practice, keyword research tools and industry research,

  • Cooperation with external partners and agencies,

  • Reporting the results to Head of PPC directly,

Required skills
  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC Campaigns (Google & Facebook Ads),

  • Fluent English - spoken and written,

  • Google Spreadsheet and Google Data Studio knowledge and experience is a must,

  • Experience with Search, and Display Ads (Google Ads),

  • Experience with DPA, and other ad formats (Facebook Ads),

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (campaign analysis and interpretation),

  • Great attention to detail and ability to analyze the performance and make decisions accordingly,

Would be a plus:


  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications,

  • Experience with programmatic ads - Criteo, Sociomantic, RTB House, etc.,

  • Experience with Shopping Ads,

  • A basic knowledge of other Search Engines (Bing, Yahoo, Yandex) and corresponding ad platforms,

  • Experience with bid management tools for Google Ads,

  • Experience with Reddit, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok Ads,
