Currently, we’re looking for a Kinguin People Experience and Payroll Specialist (HR) in Warsaw.

YOUR ROLE:
  • Supporting employees on their queries regarding internal processes;

  • Managing Personal Information and documentation;

  • Complex handling of the benefits systems, including application, resignations, maintenance and contact with benefit providers;

  • Preparing new contracts, annexes, and other necessary documentation;

  • Supporting reports preparation;

  • Supporting the remuneration process;

  • Cooperating with Team Members within KPX department.

 

YOU ARE THE ONE IF YOU HAVE:
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Payroll Specialist or in a comparable role;

  • Advanced proficiency level of written and verbal English and Polish;

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills;

  • An intermediate practical knowledge of MS Excel (better knowledge will be appreciated)

  • Working knowledge of the Polish labor law, tax law and social security regulations (ZUS);

  • Knowledge of HR and payroll systems;

  • Proactive attitude;

  • Good analytical skills;

  • Good communication skills;

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;

  • Strong desire for learning new things;

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;

  • High aptitude for working in an international environment.
