We are currently looking for a Executive Assistant to the COO in Warsaw.

Duties
  • Managing the C-level’s calendar and schedule;
  • Attending internal meetings and following up on related tasks;
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel and meetings;
  • Preparing reports, statements, proposals, valuations, research;  
  • Drafting and reviewing emails, presentations and meeting material;
  • Cooperating with external and internal partners;
  • Managing expenses;
  • Supporting current tasks and projects.
Required skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fluency and confidence communicating in Polish and English;
  • Outstanding ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving, deadline-driven setting;
  • Flexible and resourceful working style with the ability to navigate between shifting priorities;
  • Proactive approach, strong work ethic, and an eagerness to ‘go the extra mile’;
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality of work and time management;
  • Team spirit, collaboration with the ability to work with minimal supervision, thriving in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in a similar position will be an additional asset;
  • Readiness for frequent business trips.
