Currently Kinguin is looking for a permanent Work from Home - Customer Service Specialist!

  • Maintaining high standard in Customer Experience and Satisfaction
  • Order verification
  • Multi-level assistance with store navigation and order processing
  • Ticket/Email correspondence with the customers
  • Strong focus on improving the Customer Service
  • Solving Customer’s issues related to the product purchased specifically digital codes
  • Provide customers information and knowledge about products and services
  • Process refunds, resale, and other solutions 
  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Broadband/high-speed internet connection (Cable or DSL connection) 



  • Experienced in Customer Service (Retail/Gaming Industry experience is a plus)
  • Gaming knowledge and interest is an advantage
  • Willing to work in 3 different shifts (Night, Mid-shift, Morning)
  • Willing to work in a different time zone (CEST)
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent in English Communication
  • Ability to use positive language
  • Time Management Skills
