Currently we’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer in Poznań/Koszalin/Warszawa.

Duties
- Empowering development and cross functional teams to establish a culture of alignment, autonomy, transparency and continuous improvement
- Coordinating across the business and IT organization to scale adoption of Agile, DevOps, continuous testing, service management practices and goals setting framework
- Developing forward thinking business decisions supported by data driven approach and business metrics
- Defining an approach and framework to measure DevOps maturity improvements resulting from changes to skills, practice and technology
- Ensuring that the technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs
- Identifying competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of a company
- Providing strategic leadership to architects, engineers and technology professionals advancing our use of technology to revolutionize design and delivery processes, constantly and constructively challenging the status quo.
- Forward planning for ~10x growth, designing the development practices to get us there
- Designing strategies for future development projects based on the company’s overall objectives and resources
- Creating a timeline for development and deployment of technology services
- Assisting other departments in using technology effectively
- Helping employees grow, achieve mastery and advance in their careers
- Coordinate on-duty schedules
Required skills
- Work experience as a Chief Technology Officer or in a similar senior-level role
- Ecommerce or experience would be a plus
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant field
- Extensive knowledge of technology trends and solutions within ecommerce
- Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
- Excellent project management skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Extensive experience with cloud technologies
- Good understanding of agile methodology
