Kinguin is looking for a BI Lead in Poznań/Warsaw/Koszalin, who will be not only able to set up and work on his/her own data warehouse and implement the best practices in terms of the BI, but also to inform the management about the possible business opportunities based on the gathered data.

  • Design, build, support and enhance BI reporting and dashboards with key business performance metrics

  • Work closely with various units (Product, Business, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support) to increase automation and to create highly efficient and effective reporting

  • Train and educate users on reporting and dashboards, and drive adoption of Self-Service Business Intelligence across the organization

  • Independently identify, interpret and analyze data to build high-quality analysis and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Provide meaningful data stories that resonates with our business


Required skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/economics/mathematics or similar

  • Excellent verbal and writing English skills

  • 4-7 years of proven experience in similar role data gathering, reporting and analysis (preferably in e-commerce)

  • Skills sufficient to forecast and suggest potential solutions and opportunities to the management based on the gathered data

  • Deep understanding of data (including key marketing, sales, economic and financial metrics and terminology) with a mind-set which can bring the story to life via data visualization)

  • Ability to choose vendor and design for setting up a data warehouse from scratch

  • Strong SQL and Excel skills

  • Solid ability to work proactively and independently as well as in collaborative groups

  • Good knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI would be an asset
