     Back Office Specialist

If you’d like to have the impact on the work conditions in Poznań office, want to  manage various projects and support team of over 100 people, don’t hesitate to  take the challenge!

  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and office equipment;

  • Keeping the office in good condition and arranging necessary repairs;

  • Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease;

  • Front-desk duties - taking care of visitors in Poznan office;

  • Supporting in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences;

  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, ordering necessary electronic devices;

  • Addressing employees’ queries regarding office management issues;

  • Ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time;

  • Cooperating with external companies to carry out pending projects;

  • Keeping the supervisor informed about projects’ progress;

  • Performing other duties / projects as assigned.

Required skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;

  • Strong interpersonal skills;

  • Multitasking;

  • The capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Good command of English – it's a must;

  • Working knowledge of office equipment;

  • Good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;

  • Driving license (B);

  • Availability for business travels.
