We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and talented People Experience Specialist for our newly created Kinguin People Experience Team in a shared service model to make all Kinguiners’ work experience the best possible. You will become a guardian of people’s motivation and development to support internal clients in achieving their business goals.

  • Contribute to and implement the HR strategy in line with business objectives

  • Provide HR expertise and consultation to leaders, managers and colleagues covering the full range HR disciplines

  • Conduct recruiting and hiring processes

  • Implement development programs for Kinguiners based on training needs

  • Participate in HR projects and implement innovative solutions in HR area (e.g. performance review, talent management, employer branding, CSR, employee engagement)

  • Contribute to shaping organizational culture including promoting values (creative, fun, rewarding) and providing effective communication

  • Represent Kinguin as an employer on job fairs and any external events

  • Support team building activities and knowledge sharing

  • Provide assistance in individual development of employees

  • Update review and create the company’s policies

  • Perform other duties/ projects as assigned.

Required skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience in a professional services environment

  • Experience must include the development and delivery of administrative, HR and business support processes

  • This experience is preferred with a multi-national company, but not required

  • Prior experience with working with senior management

  • Good command of English – it's a must

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teambuilding skills

  • Ability to effectively plan and demonstrate organizational skills

  • Attention to detail, time management and prioritization

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
