We are seeking ambitious and highly motivated Payroll Coordinator who is ready for new challanges.

 
Duties
  • creating new processes & procedures and implementing new solutions,

  • coordinating payroll processes and HR administration for all entities in the organization,

  • performing monthly payroll checks and control,

  • administrating personnel hiring, employment continuity and terminations,

  • creating and maintaining employees personal files,

  • preparing documentation related to employment relationship (contract of employment, contract of mandate, B2B contract)

  • ensuring the completeness and accuracy of HR operations in line with labor and payroll code for the entities in scope,

  • conducting payroll process, ZUS, ZFŚS, etc.

  • ensuring day-to-day HR administration support to employees,

  • conducting training sessions and sharing the knowledge,

  • preparing HR reports on regular basis,

  • administrating of employees benefits,

  • being responsible for hiring process of foreigners,

  • cooperating with other teams and departments,

  • acting as a point of contact for labor and payroll matters.

Required skills
  • At least 3 years' experience - independent position within HR department

  • University degree (Economy, Accounting, Finance)

  • Expert in labour law, taxes, ZFŚS and social security regulations

  • Experience with HR applications e.g. SAP, Optima etc.

  • Strong English skills

  • Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point)

  • Experience in a shared service model will be a great asset

  • Proactive and flexible approach

  • Good international work experience

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
