We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Manager in Sofia, Bulgaria for our newly created Kinguin People Experience Team in a shared service model to make all Kinguiners’ work experience the best possible.

Duties
  • Define and implement HR strategies, processes, and programs that support the Kinguin’s strategic objectives

  • Act as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each department regarding key organizational and management challenges and goals

  • Develop comprehensive strategic hiring, retention plans and appropriately compensate a qualified and committed professional staff

  • Create professional development programs for employees, ensuring  identification of talents and develop of employees' competences (training program, development paths, succession planning, coaching and leadership development, etc.)

  • Build and evolve company culture so Kinguin is recognized as a top place to work and delivers great results.

  • Develop communications programs that support our values of fun, creative and rewarding

  • Manage benefits administration and evolution and development of the benefit packages

  • Direct and oversee organizational development and effectiveness strategies and initiatives

  • Develop, review, and revise personnel procedures and policies to assure compliance with labor law and best practices

  • Manage HR Team and provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR functions

Required skills
  • Master's degree in HR, Business, or Organisation Development

  • A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in HR positions

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Strong experience in implementation of HR projects and processes

  • Ability to work at the strategic level as well as to be hands on and in the detail

  • Knowledge and experience in employment law for the jurisdictions of operational activity, organisational planning and development, employer branding, recruitment, coaching and employee development, relations, engagement, compensation and benefits

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Fluent English skills are required

  • Prior experience with working in shared service model

  • Experience HR recognition and engagement programs and processes

  • Very good cooperation capabilities and influent skills
